Oh lord and giver of all good, we praise thee for our daily food.
May Rotary Friends and Rotary ways help us to serve thee all our days.
Ian Mader
One of our new Members, Ian Mader, entertained us with his life story at our most recent meeting. Ian is Barossa born, went to school in Nuri, and was a Rotary exchange student for a year to the USA. He went on to uni where he studied building and real estate. Careers included building, land developing, hardware, winemaking. It is always fascinating to hear Rotarian's stories.

Letter to the Editor
Bonjour Keith....et Le reste des membres du club.
Apres plus de deux semaines en France nous patrons pour Londres.
Sad to say goodbye to Lyon, Avignon, Bordeaux and Orléans.
...yes, and also Paris.... although it didn’t seem quite like the real France of the other places.
A little more Maurice Chevalieur and Follies Berger’s and a million tourists than the gentle Barossa-ness of regional France.
And how warm and friendly it was..... fresh cheese, good wine, bread.... oh, what bread !
My early secondary school “francaise” got us past most situations before realising that they are quite ready and willing to “elp” des Australian touristes
with really good English. As long as you “ ‘ave Le go” at Francaise .
Alors , adieu et peut-etre un message d’Irlande ou des river de la Moselle .
Acclamer....
Sichy et la belle Mignon

The Venue is the Clubhouse but as the Management has given us the room for free, there will be Bar Service only, no Bring Your Own. Call or email Gavin, or book on the club Website through the Events option.
