Annual General Meeting Thursday 12th December 2019:
Our Club's Annual General Meeting will be held immediately after the closure of the general meeting to be held on Thursday 12th December 2019.
All positions other than President will be declared vacant, and nominations called for the positions of President Elect, Treasurer and Secretary.
Please consider nominating if you are interested in any of these positions.
Christmas Dinner, Thursday 19th December (See details below)

Sandie and Bill will hand out meal tickets when payment is made (to Marie and Bev as usual).
Bubbles and orange juice will be served on arrival, and the Bar will be open upstairs.
Pre-dinner nibbles will be supplied.
Money raised through the purchase of Christmas tree donation tags at $5 each will be donated to the Community Kitchen at the House of Hope in Nuriootpa, for their Christmas dinner for people in need. This amazing group receives no funding other than donations from the community.
There also will be a raffle with the prize being a “large and rather gorgeous gingerbread house” perfect for Christmas
Please be aware that meals have been pre-ordered, therefore any last minute cancellations might still require payment.
Soiree, Thursday 9th January 2020:
Venue is Hans Haan’s property again (Thanks Hans!).
Please choose either Salmon or Chicken on the list sent around at each meeting.
Remember to bring some extra cash for raffle tickets.

We require volunteers to prepare and serve salads and sweets please – let Bill know if you can help out.
Tour Down Under Fellowship and Family Picnic,
Tuesday 21st January 2020
Venue: Bethany Wines
This is purely a social get together with the added excitement of seeing the peloton whiz past five times, at 11.04am, 11.49am, 12.34pm, 1.19pm and 2.04pm!
BYO everything for a picnic lunch EXCEPT alcohol. Plentiful amounts of top notch booze will be available for your drinking pleasure. Please remember this is a vineyard without licences for BYO alcohol and to respect fellow Rotarian Geoff Schapel's generosity.
The forecast is for 25C, so remember the hats and sunblock.
